Breakfast: Cheerios with almond milk
coffee with almond milk and sugar
handful of watermelon chinks.
Lunch: Half a chicken, tomato, and lettuce sanwhich
slice of apple cake
small free slurpee ( yay for 7/11)
Dinner: Chicken, cheese, tomato and ranch salad
Snack: Cheddar cheese, salami and crackers.
two small cups of wine.
Kinda bad today…will make up for it tomorrow.

Cup of coffee with some sugar and almond milk
and half a banana
Lunch: Chicken, mayo and cranberry sandwich
handful of red grapes
handful of carrots
Dinner: Chicken, cheese and ranch salad
half of a corn cobb
handful of broccoli
Arizona Iced Green Tea
Dessert: Cup of watermelon squares
So, I’ll start today with my dinner. Then days following i will post what i eat throughout the day. Enjoy.

I slice of whole grain toast
